There is a vast uncharted underground musical territory that Delhiites are yet to explore. Many homegrown artists are producing excellent sounds but due to lack of exposure to a wide array of music genres and the excessive commercialization in our industry, their talent goes unnoticed. Unfortunately many popular music-centered magazines, websites and blogs continue to promote commercial international artists ignoring the massive underground scene prevalent abroad as well as our own indigenous productions. As a music blogger myself, I feel we should be responsible about the music we share and bring to the fore so that the general populace can absorb and inculcate a richer taste
