Ban non-paid gigs. Ban shit agencies. Tell musicians to invest in gear, they should know how to do a soundcheck before their set, how to prioritize their sound over audibility. How not to sound like others. New venues like Blue frog , with dedicated sound professionals working all the time at the venue , and for rented sound – DO NOT GET CHEAP SOUND! And don’t get jaagran sound sound engineers for a Metal gig (because less money will get you only that ). And remember that they aren’t sound engineers but only ‘Bijli-waalas’ handling your live sound through Ahuja speakers.
